R.C. Moore, Inc. is seeking a full-time Senior Customer Relationship Manager for our Boca Raton, FL location. We are an employee owned (ESOP), leading 3PL company involved in Trucking, Warehousing and Brokering and established in 1956. We are a growing business looking to add valuable team members to our close-knit group.

This position will provide administrative support and will be the liaison between the customer and R.C. Moore working to develop an improved relationship.

Key responsibilities include:

• Monitoring all planning sheets for new orders.
• Verifying that all orders for the current day and the following day are covered and on track for on-time performance.
• Acknowledge all customer e-mails and concerns and advise them of any discrepancies or anticipated issues.
• Communicate with Account Manager to ensure that all of the day’s deliveries are on time. Coordinate with Account Manager and the Planning Department to find solutions to existing problems.
• If necessary, communicate the problem and the solution steps taken with the customer.
• Coordinate with fellow CSR’s to ensure that all customer loads are updated, scheduled, entered correctly and accurately into our system in a timely manner.
• Assist the Accounting Department with requests for information needed for billing purposes and/or the follow up on such billing.
• Assist Management with implementing any and all changes in our working procedures.
• Advise Management of any current or potential issues and assist with solutions.
• Coordinate/advise/assist personnel in our other terminals as needed
