Primary Responsibilities:
- Successfully build funnel, close business with limited brand, reference support.
- Annualized target upwards of $1.5 mil of billed revenues.
- Create a Business Plan to identify the market segment and Go To Market strategy to achieve Plan objectives
- Work with inside sales support to create an effective and qualified funnel of prospects to propose BFSI Services offerings of our client.
- Deal structuring and negotiations with the clients.
Skills/Knowledge Required:
- Be able to effectively articulate at CXO levels the value proposition of our client.
- Ability to do competitive analysis and refine sales toolkit.
- Be a self-starter to work independently in a target-driven environment
- Entrepreneurial orientation with high degree of initiative
- Has a ability to quickly leverage contacts and networks to create pipeline funnel
- Exhibit strong drive for results and success and ability to achieve set goals and deadlines
- Personal attributes include strong work ethic, team and detail oriented.
- Ability to quickly understand client needs and proactively develop solutions that can address them.
Verticals Specific Skills/Knowledge Required:
BFSI (Banking & Financial Services Industry) - 1 Position in San Jose
- Deep domain understanding of BFSI services from an IT perspective
- Broad IT background in all aspects of the BFSI sector, including Private, Retail, and Correspondent (including Trade) banking. Knowledge of relevant technologies of Basel, AML & EAI Services.
T&H (Travel & Hospitality) - 1 Position in San Jose
• Deep domain understanding of T&H services from an IT perspective
Qualifications & Certifications:

• Deep domain understanding of T&H services from an IT perspective
- Knowledge of industry trends including developments in technologies as applicable to the T&H industry.
Qualifications & Certifications:
- BS Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent exp.
- MBA Marketing preferred.
Experience:
- 8-10 years experience in solution selling in the BFSI in the East or West market.
- Prior experience working for offshore based projects/outsourcing services company
- Successfully closed business in excess of $1 mil consistently for the last 3 years
- Experience in preparing domain white papers, interacting at CIO levels and articulating value propositions.
Other Requirements:
- Must have excellent communication skills.
- Proof of your legal work authorization status & Two professional references from last two assignments / projects / employments will be required if you are short listed.
- You will need to sign non compete agreement if short listed.
