We are looking for amazing top sales talent to work in our call center to help generate leads via multiple channels and continue to grow our business.
Responsibilities:
- Source new sales opportunities by answering inbound calls from prospective clients
- Generate additional leads via outbound sales efforts through our databases and CRM
- Introduce BrandRep to prospective clients using a well-developed script and technology
- Perform online business evaluation to determine if the prospect could benefit from one of BrandRep’s all-inclusive digital marketing plans
- Ask probing questions to understand the client’s needs and persuade the customer to buy by demonstrating how products and services could meet their needs.
- Advise prospects by answering questions and addressing concerns they may have
- Transfer prospects or schedule appointments for senior sales representatives
- Follow organization standards to maintain quality service and guarantee prospects have a positive experience with our company
- Go the “extra mile” to meet transfer goals and sales quota
- Working effectively in a team environment to support achievement of sales goals
- Striving to consistently gain sales skills and digital marketing knowledge to stay agile in today’s competitive market
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or its equivalent. College degree a plus.
- Prior telephone sales experience preferred
- Thrive within a fast-paced environment.
- Open to coaching and training in order to increase sales performance.
- Unstoppable positive attitude and interest in engaging with business owners across the country
- Competitive drive for achievement
- Well organized and great attention to detail.
