The ELCON Group, Inc. & CCMS Lighting is an expert energy efficiency consulting & implementation firm specializing in LED lighting technology and Electric Vehicle charging solutions, providing our clients with a fresh perspective on their facility’s energy footprint. Each project is led by our energy experts dedicated to providing clients with clear communication, knowledge, and guidance toward achieving their energy goals.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and generate new business opportunities by prospecting and qualifying potential clients or customers.
• Conduct research and gather information on target markets, industries, and competitors to identify key prospects and develop effective strategies.
• Initiate and manage outbound communication with prospects through various channels, such as cold calling, email campaigns, social media, or networking events.
• Present and communicate the value proposition of products or services to potential clients, emphasizing how they can address their needs and provide solutions.
• Collaborate with the sales team to schedule and coordinate meetings or product demonstrations with qualified leads.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all prospecting activities, customer interactions, and sales opportunities in the CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system.
• Continuously learn and stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and product knowledge to effectively engage prospects and address their inquiries.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to support lead generation initiatives, providing feedback on marketing campaigns and sharing insights from customer interactions.
• Meet or exceed assigned targets and quotas for lead generation, qualified leads, or sales conversions.

Pay: $42,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
