With over 30 years’ experience in residential roofing, and voted El Dorado County's best roofer, Garner Roofing, Inc. is expanding rapidly in Sacramento, El Dorado and surrounding areas. We are looking for an experienced Inside Sales Representative to join our team!

This position will work along with our Infinite Energy sales team making phone calls to current and potentially new Residential In-home customers. This position pays up to $24.00 an hour PLUS commissions with an average of 50k to 60k a year for our best Inside Sales Representatives.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Receive and convert warm inbound leads to build and develop your sales pipeline
• Plan and implement telemarketing and prospecting objectives
• Call existing customers and potential customers and provides product and service information, pricing and product availability
• Communicate customer requirements and request support from other departments to assist in achieving established objectives
• Generate price quotations in a timely manner
• Adhere to pricing guidelines established by company
• Provide support to Outside Sales force
• Maintain our CRM system with accurate lead and customer information
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date files in computer system
• Quickly and smoothly resolve customer complaints and problems
• Perform administrative sales and service support within the office

QUALIFICATIONS

• 2 years of Inside Sales Representative experience and/or advanced training or any equivalent combination of education and experience
• Service Titan Familiarity
• Previous customer service experience required
• Previous sales experience (residential home improvement industry) preferred
• Must be able to communicate and follow-up with co-workers, customers and vendors
• Must be able to learn and retain vast amounts of product information
• Must be computer literate with absolute proficiency in MS Office, Excel, S.T.
• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Strong organizational skills; ability to multitask and good time-management skills
• Great interpersonal and communication skills including active listening
• Coachable with a willingness to constantly learn and develop your skills
