Our company is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Wireless Sales Associate. As a Wireless Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and selling wireless products and services to customers. You will also be responsible for achieving sales targets, maintaining store cleanliness, and processing sales transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Assist customers in selecting and purchasing wireless products and services that meet their needs
• Build customer relationships and provide ongoing support and service
• Achieve sales targets by promoting and selling wireless products and services
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
• Maintain knowledge of current wireless products, services, and promotions
• Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance sales skills and product knowledge
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must be 18+
• Minimum of 1 year of retail sales experience, preferably in wireless or electronics
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with mobile devices
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs.
