We are looking for an Insurance Custome Service Representative to join the Southern Insurance Providers, LLC team. We offer our employees a competitive hourly rate plus a monthly bonus and 401k. Qualification:

• One year of experience in insurance
• Have a passion for assisting clients either by telephone or electronically
• Sales Oriented
• Strong Organizational and Communication Skills
• Full time/Must be in the office.
• Bilingual

Responsibilities:

• Completing new applications
• Ensure new clients receive their policy, ID Card, and thank you gift
• Assit clients with any necessary updates, endorsements or renewal questions
• Working with clients to best assit their risk management needs before their next renewal
• Fulfill all policy requirments needed by underwriting
• Constantly update job knowledge and learn about new products and services

Salary depends on experience, prefer 440 licensed

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
