What You'll Do
- Greet and welcome customers to the showroom, creating a warm and professional atmosphere that reflects our brand.
- Assist customers in exploring and experiencing our exquisite collections, offering in-depth product knowledge and expert guidance.
- Engage actively with customers, understanding their unique needs and preferences to recommend suitable solutions that exceed their expectations.
- Maintain a visually stunning showroom by arranging and displaying furniture pieces effectively, under the guidance of the showroom manager.
- Collaborate with the sales team to process sales orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring a seamless and delightful customer experience.
- Provide support for showroom events, including new collection launches, designer collaborations, and seasonal sales and promotional activities.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest designs, trends, and product features to effectively communicate and inspire our customers.
- Handle customer inquiries with professionalism and promptly address any concerns or issues that may arise.
- Assist in managing showroom inventory, including samples and marketing materials, by monitoring stock levels and coordinating replenishment as needed.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the showroom.
What You Need
- Previous experience in a showroom or retail sales environment, preferably in the luxury or furniture industry.
- A deep passion for outdoor furniture and a keen eye for design aesthetics.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with customers effectively and build lasting relationships.
- Strong customer service orientation, with a friendly and approachable demeanor that creates a positive and memorable experience for our customers.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
- Self-motivated and proactive attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer skills to effectively manage customer records and sales processes.
- Flexibility to work on weekends or during special events as required to meet the needs of our customers.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus (Spanish).
- Authorization to work in the United States, ensuring eligibility for employment with our company.

- This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available
- Onsite role (Melrose Ave, Los Angeles, California, United States)
- Full-time (40 hours per week), 5 days including 1 weekend day, 9:30 am to 6:00 pm PST.
