POSITION TITLE: INTERNAL SALES CONSULTANT -LATAM- OFFSHORE (OFFSHORE SALES SPECIALIST)

DEPARTMENT: CLIENT ENGAGEMENT CENTER/LATAM

POSITION SPECIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor degree required; CIMA certification preferred
• Minimum of 2 years of sales/sales support experience in financial services required; experience in asset management or wealth management preferred
• Knowledge of investment product solutions including mutual funds, Separately Managed Accounts and Exchange Traded Funds required
• Knowledge of the macro- Economic environment required
• Bilingual fluency in English/Spanish required; fluency in Portuguese preferred
• Experience with UCITS distribution within Offshore Americas (US Offshore and LATAM cross border fund sales) preferred
• Knowledge of quantitative mutual fund investment techniques and terminology preferred
• In-depth knowledge of Federated Hermes’ financial products preferred
• In-depth knowledge of competitors’ financial products preferred
• Must possess or immediately obtain Series 7 and 66 licenses

MAJOR DUTIES:

• Partner with external Sales Representative team to provide sales support to drive UCITS product sales and build Federated Hermes brand awareness and relationships.
• Provide sales support for distribution partners in Latin America – primarily for presentations and performance analysis reports.
• Travel periodically to primary US Offshore geographies including Florida, Texas, and California. Attend industry conferences and due diligence meetings as required.
• Respond to inbound calls/email inquiries in a timely manner.
• Conduct outbound sales calls/emails to financial advisors / bankers of partner Broker Dealers, RIAs, Private Banks and Family Offices.
• Assist Regional Consultant with territory coverage strategy including business development communication plan for new and existing advisor relationships.
• Present investment solutions using compliance approved collateral.
• Provide service support with Morningstar based fund analysis reports upon request from advisors partnering with performance reporting group.
• Assist with communication on any client service / operational related items.
• Record call/email activity and business development pipeline within firm’s CRM system.
• Partner with marketing on sales initiatives, campaigns and literature production as needed.
• Foster close relationship with internal partners – legal, compliance, marketing, product, client service.

• 8:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. (overtime as required)
• Field Office – Miami, Florida
