Retail Associate’s make the entire experience that is shopping at Nova Farms. They give our guests all the knowledge they need to consume cannabis while having fun and being responsible. The cannabis culture is a movement like no other and we at Nova Farms strive to offer everyone a piece of that lifestyle. Our ability to connect with our consumers over a love for cannabis is something to stand behind. Candidates should have a social media presence and be willing to share. Duties/Responsibilities:

• Welcome guests, get to know them and understand their interest in cannabis.(You must be positive and enthusiastic!)
• Asses customer needs, identifying the delivery mechanism that fits them best.
• Educate and guide guests through ordering processes
• Adhere to strict distribution processes and maintain a professional and safe environment for all customers.
• Continuously enhance your knowledge of cannabis and current regulations.
• Process sales utilizing industry compliant POS system.
• Restock storage areas, replenishing items, general cleaning.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Prior retail, POS or dispensary-related experience a plus
• Must be friendly, trustworthy, dependable, positive, hardworking and customers service focused.
• Cash handling precision.

Job Type: Part-time to start & Full-time positions available.

• Must be able to work for long hours on your feet, occasional lifting up to 45 pounds.
• Candidates should be motivated and hardworking, attendance it critical.
• Reliable transportation is a must.
• Must be a team player.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour

Shift:

• Morning shift
• Night shift

Weekly day range:

• Monday to Friday
• Weekend availability
