Sunzeri Construction has been building luxury homes throughout the greater bay area since 2007. We specialize in new construction and large-scale expansion / renovation. Our skilled craftsmen build the most unique structures and provide the finish detailing fitting of a custom estate. Our trusted project management team works closely with the Architect and Engineering team to ensure the final product is what is envisioned. Sales Representative

Duties:

- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients
- Conduct market research to identify potential customers and sales opportunities
- Generate leads through cold calling, networking, and referrals
- Present and demonstrate products or services to prospective clients
- Negotiate and close sales deals to meet or exceed sales targets
- Provide excellent customer service and support to clients throughout the sales process
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful delivery of products or services
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and market conditions

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in sales, account management, or business development
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
- Technical sales experience is a plus
- Proficiency in Salesforce or other CRM software is preferred
- Fluency in Spanish is a plus

Pay: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
