The Industrial Sales and Marketing Manager, Industrial Markets, will be responsible for direct sales, inside sales, marketing programs, and technical support when required for all America’s Industrial sales and marketing activity. This person will manage business and customer development in the America’s; whilst also build a marketing program for their team to follow. This person will be responsible for sales of TRUMPF Huettinger’s Industrial products related with plasma process (sputtering, etching, etc.); and will also support our local Photovoltaic and Battery Division customers. The primary responsibilities also include assisting to maintain and to strengthen the loyalty of existing customers.
Industrial Sales & Marketing Manager Responsibilities
- Manage all industrial sales personnel that sell TRUMPF Huettinger products in their assigned region directly or through regional representatives.
- Co-operation with TRUMPF Electronics manufacturing sites.
- Build and Develop an Industrial based Marketing program to assist the sales business according to the assigned budget level.
- Provide technical support as needed to achieve sales goals.
- Prepare detailed sales and activity and marketing business reports after each customer visit. Continuous working on company CRM tool.
- Produce and maintain market information relevant to territory.
- Reporting competitor’s activity and new potentials on the market in the other regions (including the entire world).
- Prepare detailed short term and long-term sales forecast.
- Monitor sales prospecting and cold calling to qualify potential new companies for TRUMPF Huettinger equipment.
- Promote and sell TRUMPF Huettinger products at defined product trade shows and events. Assist/Host customer demonstrations.
- Co-operation with other TRUMPF Huettinger departments.
- Travel is approximately 25% of the time for this position.
- Occasional international travel will also be expected.
Experience
Five+ years experience in Sales, Marketing or related business is desired. Applicant should have a background in a manufacturing area/industry. Electronics and Controls knowledge and experience is desired. Semiconductor and Advanced product experience is highly plus; including direct hardware experience.
Education
Bachelor’s degree or higher strongly preferred. Added experience and college as mentioned above, including but not limited to university studies in Physics, Material Sciences or Electrical Engineering is desired. An equivalent combination of education and experience would be considered. Desirable industry experience includes semiconductor wafer fab equipment, vacuum coating and plasma processes, and power supplies (DC, AC, and RF).
Pay Range: $135,000 to $165,000
Supplement Pay: Performance Bonus
