Renesas is seeking a results-driven, operationally oriented, and entrepreneurial-minded professional to manage Memory Sales Team. This role will report into the Vice President of Infrastructure Sales. The Director of Memory Sales will be managing the sales team and growing revenue in the memory segment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the Memory Sales team worldwide
  • Formulate and execute a sales plan and strategy that achieves broad penetration at the Memory accounts
  • Exceed sales targets and critical business objectives
  • Grow share and design ins at customers
  • Work with business unit on product roadmap, product forecast and driving key initiatives
  • Work with end customers on promoting our solution as the primary memory interface chipset
  • Gather intelligence on competition and market position
  • Manage timely communication of business level activity, forecasting and reports
  • Utilization of CRM for opportunity tracking
  • Stay abreast of industry news to be aware of trends that affect the memory market

Qualifications:
  • The ideal candidate will have 10+ plus years of prior sales & leadership experience
  • BSEE or equivalent.
  • Strong technical knowledge of semiconductor products is required
  • Prior experience in the memory market is preferred
  • Highly professional and have strong communication skills
  • Business development & sales experience
  • Ability to create and drive the development and execution of strategic account sales strategies
  • Demonstrated ability to promote teamwork and cooperative effort
  • Experience with software applications including Microsoft Office
  • Excel expertise
  • Travel ~ 20% of the time
