Salesforce Inc. seeks Technical Account Manager in San Francisco, CA:
Job Duties : Help customers achieve their business goals and outcomes by providing timely, proactive recommendations that will benefit customers’ ongoing usage of Salesforce. Attain Trusted Advisor status with both key business and technical decision makers. Identify key industry business process areas for opportunity to use the Salesforce platform. Advocate for innovation and early adoption of platform capabilities with the 3-release yearly schedule through customized release reviews. Uncover projects that are fit for our Configuration Services, gather key requirements and act as liaison between the customer and the Configuration Services team. Drive Technical Health Reviews and provide relevant technical recommendations on solutions and enhancements specifics to customers’ business needs. In support of the Customer Success Strategy and Success Manager, monitor and identify trends in Salesforce adoption and utilization, Success Plan adoption and utilization, providing guidance as part of Quarterly Success reviews. Proactive liaison and focal point into Salesforce Technology and Product teams and Technical Support Team, to address product feature/technical hurdles. Advise customers of technology changes or potential disruptions to their service and advise on mitigation strategies. Identify issues and act as an advocate for customers during the triage and resolution of high severity cases, driving business reliability and customer satisfaction. Provide timely account or issue executive level summary status reports both internally and to the customer. Identify and collaborate with internal teams to ameliorate renewal risks for both license and success plans subscriptions. Demo existing unused salesforce capabilities/functionality. Telecommuting is an option. Some travel to Salesforce’s HQ may be required. ˆHQ address additionally encompasses the following Salesforce locations in San Francisco: 350 Mission Street, 415 Mission Street, and 50 Fremont Street. The permanent position may be offered at any of these locations in San Francisco. Telecommuting is an option. Some travel to Salesforce offices may be required.
Minimum Requirements : Master’s degree (or its foreign degree equivalent) in Computer Science, Engineering (any field), or closely related quantitative discipline, and one (1) years of experience in the field of software engineering.
A related technical degree required (Computer Science, Engineering (any field)).
Special Skill Requirements : (1) JavaScript; (2) CSS; (3) HTML; (4) Angular JS; (5) JQuery; 6) Ajax; (7) VisualForce; 8) SOAP APIs; (9) ETL;. Telecommuting is an option. Some travel to Salesforce’s HQ may be required. Any suitable combination of education, training and/or experience is acceptable. Education, experience and criminal background checks will be conducted. Telecommuting is an option. Some travel to Salesforce offices may be required.
Salary: $138,200.00 - $190,000.00 per annum .
