Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly-detailed and energetic individual with consumer product experience to assist in day to day support of sales accounts. The candidate must be able to communicate well and within a fast paced, cross functional, team environment.

Job Responsibilities:

• Enter/verify/close sales orders in internal system
• Maintain price changes to all key accounts
• Manage pricing discrepancies – work with account representatives to resolve
• Update and maintain key account contracts with new or updated information
• Communicate discontinued items/new items
• Update and maintain key account portals
• Collaborate with internal departments in order to resolve customer questions and/or concerns, including sales, operations, purchasing and accounting
• Communicate with operations and/or logistics to resolve sales and production issues and to provide support on open orders in internal management system
• Provide order acknowledgements to customers, sales representatives and sales team
• Work directly with our Account Managers to provide support and information as needed
• Assist in developing materials for annual tradeshow programs
• Complete other tasks as required to support our business plan, including assisting other departments on special projects, as needed

Qualifications:

• College Graduate preferred with related degree in business
• 1+ years of experience (can be intern experience). Experience in the consumer goods industry is a plus
• Ability to positively represent our company to external customers
• Proficient in MS office (Excel, Word, Outlook & PowerPoint)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Well organized with strong attention to detail
• Able to operate in a rapidly changing environment and reprioritize as needed
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational and creative communication skills
