• Collaborate with clients to understand their vision, preferences and budget
• Conduct site visits and provide guidance on event setup, decor and design
• Create detailed event timelines and manage event budgets

• Bachelor's degree in business, hospitality, or related field and/or 2+ years of hotel sales experience preferred
• Previous experience in wedding and special events planning and execution preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent organizational and tiem management skills
• Strong attention to detail and ablity to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
• Confident and professional appearance
• Proactive sales approach, assertive and fast paced, driven to succeed
• Understanding of market segment, competitor’s strengths, weaknesses, economic trends, supply and demand
• Time management skills
• Being able to work on multiple projects with desired outcome for each
