Full description of the position

Steele Hill Resorts is nestled in beautiful Sanbornton, New Hampshire (15 minutes from Tilton and Belmont). Overlooking Lake Winnipesaukee and Lake Winnisquam, Steele Hill Resorts is a high-end resort, consisting of 150+ guest rooms, a full-service restaurant, and many indoor and outdoor amenities (employee use permitted!). Part of the Path Resorts family, our vacation membership brand Path Vacations is looking to add a Sales Line Manager to our growing sales department.

We are seeking a long term relationship with the right individual and will provide paid training.

Requirements

  • Must be highly motivated and target driven
  • Availability to work weekends
  • Must have excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Must be professional, respectful and able to interface with and manage various personalities

Responsibilities

  • Become knowledgeable about our resorts, vacation club, affiliate network and surrounding area
  • Provide ongoing training to sales staff
  • Perform standard line management duties including: managing staff, reporting, closing sales and “button-ups”
  • Accurately answer guest questions
  • Receive and provide feedback
  • Follow-up on new member communications

Compensation

  • Competitive base salary plus commission (this position is primarily commission driven)
  • This is a year-round, full-time position
  • $1,000 sign-on bonus after 3 months of good-standing employment
