Job Description:
Dataflow Group, a leading provider of custom signage, promotional products, and graphic design services, is seeking a dynamic Business Development Specialist to join our team. The specialist will be responsible for selling our cutting-edge software that aids companies with their outsourced marketing printing, promotional products, and apparel needs. Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients to understand their marketing, printing, promotional, and apparel needs.
Present and sell our solution-based software to potential clients, demonstrating how it can streamline their outsourced marketing efforts.
Work closely with the marketing and graphics team to create custom solutions that meet client needs.
Develop sales strategies and set quotas.
Stay current with industry trends, and identify new market opportunities.
Collaborate with product development teams to ensure that our software is tailored to the evolving needs of our clients.
Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales cycle.
Attend networking events, trade shows, and other industry-related gatherings to promote our software solutions.
Utilize CRM software to manage leads and track sales activities.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field.
Experience in selling software solutions, preferably in marketing or printing industries.
Strong understanding of marketing strategies, printing processes, promotional products, and apparel.
Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to think critically and solve complex problems.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed.
