If so, nice to meet you! Mitsubishi Chemical Advanced Materials Division is seeking a Technical Service Manager based in Mesa, AZ to join a team committed to excellence, continuous improvement and driving sustainable business results.

The Technical Service Manager is responsible for supporting sustainable growth for Mitsubishi Chemical Groups KyronMax™ injection molded compounds. This position will work closely with customers to contribute towards Mitsubishi Chemical Groups vision and mission for business growth. This includes process development, engineering and commercial support with the goal if cultivating long-term collaborative relationships with our customers. Come be a part of this dynamic team!!

Who Are We...
MCAM is a manufacturing services company. We service markets including aerospace, medical, semiconductor and other markets. Our capabilities include carbon fiber processing, compounding, molding, extrusion, machining, fabrication, assembly, and inspection. We provide material solutions, engineering support, stock shapes, near net shapes, precision components, and assemblies.

What You Will Do...

• Lead coordination of customer inquiries from Sales/BDD (KyronMax). This includes interpretation of technical drawings and specifications.
• Quoting – Working with finance, purchasing and production to develop costs for customer quotations.
• Customer injection molding process support for current & new product launches (including benchmarking).
• Responsible for achieving OEM material approvals.
• Works with quality department to support customer PPAP/validation and/or claims.
• Sell KyronMax compounds (1/3 of position) to specific customer or market.
• Assist MCG engineering team as customer technical liaison to develop new applications.
• Data sheet review & approval support.
• Other duties as assigned.

What You Will Have...

• Degree in Engineering preferred or Business with equivalent technical experience required.
• Injection molding process experience preferred
• 3 or more years of experience in technical sales desired but not required.
• Knowledge in Automotive/mobility, industrial & sporting good markets helpful
• Experience in working & coordinating with global cross-functional teams
• Excellent project management skills
• Proficient with Microsoft Office

The salary range for this position is $77,680-$106,810. Factors such as scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/training, job-related skills, internal peer equity, as well as market and business considerations may influence base pay offered. This salary will be subject to a geographic adjustment (according to a specific city and state), if an authorization is granted to work outside of the location listed in this posting.

Pay: $76,000.00 - $106,000.00 per year
