Director, Consulting Services - Business Development/IT Delivery

Position Description
Make an impact like never before! CGI is actively seeking an Account Manager/Business Developer to join our rapidly growing team. You will develop our existing commercial accounts and expand into new accounts across multiple industries including: Banking, Insurance and Financial, Manufacturing, Retail, Healthcare. We are considering candidates who currently reside in Louisville, KY or Cincinnati, OH metro areas.

We are looking for a leader to bring solutions and thought leadership to our clients, work well in collaborative environments, and be highly motivated by delivering excellent services and ensuring client satisfaction. You will build and manage a team to help achieve this mission.

Your future duties and responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of business development in the region
• Take accountability for winning competitive proposals and successfully executing assignments, projects and large delivery programs, coordinating with your

team and local/global delivery centers

• Identify and understand customer expectations by studying existing business processes, programs, and legacy systems
• Build trusted relationships at the C-Level within targeted accounts
• Accountable for the client book of business, leading the delivery team and ensuring success of the project, measured by profitable growth and client

satisfaction.

• Develop a strong pipeline of opportunities
• Ensure success of engagements using global delivery and vendor partners
• Balance attention to detail with keeping the big picture in mind

Required qualifications to be successful in this role

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Information Technology, or related field
• 10+ years of IT professional services experience in one or more of the following: Banking/Insurance/Financial/Manufacturing/Retail/Healthcare
• 7+ years of account management experience, with a history of selling and delivering technology services to large accounts in the Cincinnati, OH or Louisville,

KY region

• Ability to build strong relationships with C-level executives within existing and new clients
• Possess contacts of key decision makers within large organizations in the region(s)
• Experience building and maintaining complex systems, with a desire to bring innovative solutions to solve client problems
• Experience working as part of a team

CGI is required by law in some jurisdictions to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. The determination of this range includes various factors not limited to skill set level, experience and training, and licensure and certifications. To support the ability to reward for merit-based performance, CGI typically does not hire individuals at or near the top of the range for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $134,500 - $235,400.
