What You Will Be Doing:

· Build and maintain partnerships with sales team, support Sales Center operations and cover routes when needed

· Lead, coach and motivate Sales Center associates - not from behind a desk - to keep/attain a world class sales center status by following DSDE Best Practices

· Leverage data and technology to develop/execute sales plans and win as a team in the marketplace

· Be part of a team in an extraordinary organization where you can bring your authentic self to work each and every day

Shift: Monday to Friday – w/ potential or as needed basis for weekend coverage.

Hours: Graveyard 2am to 10am

Position Requirements:

· Must be 21 years of age or older.

· 1-3 years of related experience in customer relations or sales.

· At least 1 to 3 yrs experience leading and influencing others (A combination of training and experience that results in demonstrated competency to perform the work may be substituted.

· Computer skills and proficiency, specifically PowerPoint, Excel, and Word required.

· Must have a valid driver's license with a safe driving record.

· Must be able to acquire and maintain a DOT Medical card
