Requirements:

Life and Health License in the state of KY. If you are not licensed, Colonial Life will provide a free pre-licensing course. A person can expect to get licensed in two weeks time.

Responsibilities:

The duties of this role involve prospecting and selling employee benefits to businesses in Kentucky. If you have ever worked for a company that offers employee benefits, we are the people that facilitate those benefit plans. Colonial Life provides an interactive leads platform that is FREE to use!

This role also requires recruiting and training new sales agents for your team. This will be YOUR team! Hire to your standards and culture and reap the rewards!
