Position Overview: We are currently seeking a motivated, customer-focused Salesperson to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting in-home consultations, providing comprehensive and competitive bids, and maintaining communication and follow-up until the jobs are sold.

Responsibilities:

Conduct in-person consultations with potential clients in their homes.

Provide detailed and accurate measurements for each painting project.

Utilize our company’s software to generate and present bids to clients, demonstrate how we can help solve their problems and help them feel safe and secure in choosing us.

Complete 15-20 bids per week, maintaining a commitment to both quality and quantity. Many of the bids are incoming leads. Self-generating activities are required such as networking and building relationships with interior designers and general contractors.

Foster positive relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and promoting repeat business.

Collaborate effectively with our team to facilitate smooth transitions from the sales process to project execution.

Continuously update knowledge about product offerings, competitive landscape, and industry trends to effectively position our services.

Qualifications:

Previous sales experience in the painting, construction, or home improvement industry is preferred.

Experience working as a residential painter is preferred.

Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and effectively communicate their needs to our team.

Detail-oriented with the ability to take accurate measurements and generate precise bids.

Proficient in using sales and measurement software.

Exceptional negotiation and closing skills.

Ability to manage a high-volume workload and effectively prioritize tasks.

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Pay: $80,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
