Experienced Corporate Sales Manager 6/23
Title: Corporate Sales Manager
Reports to : Vice President and President/CEO
Supervises : Independent Contractors
Primary Duty: Assist Vice President and President/CEO to implement the direction, coordination, quality and productivity of the day-to-day operations of the company by providing strategic and operational leadership and direction over internal and field operations, including long range planning and budgeting. Responsible for the achievement of targeted home sales, market share, and customer satisfaction.

[please apply online] Duties and Responsibilities include the following:

• Responsible for all aspects of home inventory control.
• Implement the direction, coordination, quality and productivity of the day-to-day operations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with a team of supervisors, managers, administrative staff, factories, vendors, community managers to promote a highly responsive teamwork that meets the service levels of our clients.
• Ensure all customer service issues are resolved.
• Focus on achieving the profit plan for assigned division to ensure accuracy of sales numbers, margins, expenses and overall profitability.
• Directing the activities of the sales agents to ensure all potential sales become final and prescribed sales volume/profit margins are maintained.
• Assist in reviewing and approving all purchase orders/offers before submitting to corporate/sellers.
• Monitors the success of each agent in assigned territory to assure homes are being ordered and written correctly within approved guidelines.
• Plan and organize month performance reviews and hold weekly sales meetings.
• Develop a written annual operational plan for your assigned territory including projected sales, market share, operational expenses, and capital requirements.
• Recruiting and Hiring Sales Agents
• Other duties as required and or assigned.

• Knowledge of real estate and/or manufactured home market and product lines
