About us

Zain Realty & Management is looking for a full-time Property Leasing Manager at Taj Estates of Franklin, a 104 unit apartment complex in Franklin, MA. The ideal applicant will possess a love of apartment living, as well as a strong desire to foster a sense of community among team members and tenants.

This position requires experience in all phases of apartment leasing, renewing, turnover, and management. The Property Leasing Manager will also be responsible for the management and supervision of rental agents, open houses, and all other maintenance activities.

As a member of the leasing team at Taj Estates of Franklin, you will:

• Oversee all aspects of the property
• Obtain receivables and take care of running costs
• Reach financial objectives and provide regular financial performance reports
• Handle rental applications
• Create leasing packages and provide excellent tenant care to ensure easy move-ins
• Maintain regular contact with residents
• Coordinate with the Leasing Consultant and maintenance team

Pay: $70,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
