As a Tele sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating sales leads and closing deals over the phone. Your primary objective will be to reach out to potential customers, present product or service offerings, and persuade them to make a purchase. This role requires excellent communication skills, persuasive abilities, and a results-oriented mindset. You will work to achieve sales targets and contribute to the company's overall growth.
Paid Training, Uncapped Commission
August 7th and August 28th Classes
Key Responsibilities:
- Appointment setting: Set appointments by using our various lead generation sources.
- Sales Calls: Initiate outbound sales calls to prospects, deliver compelling sales pitches, and provide information about products or services to generate interest.
- Consultative Selling: Understand customer needs and tailor product or service offerings to meet those needs effectively. Provide guidance and advice to potential customers to help them make informed purchasing decisions while utilizing a script.
- Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers, actively listening to their concerns and addressing any questions or objections they may have.
- Sales Conversion: Close sales deals by actively engaging customers, overcoming objections, and using persuasive techniques to secure commitments.
- Sales Administration: Accurately record and update customer information, sales activities, and sales pipeline in the CRM system (Salesforce).
- Product Knowledge: Maintain a deep understanding of the company's products or services, including features, benefits, and competitive advantages, to effectively communicate value propositions to customers.
- Sales Targets: Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets set by the sales manager.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Proven experience in tele sales or a similar sales role, preferably in a B2B (business-to-business) environment preferred
- Experience with cold calling
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities.
- Coachable
- Customer-focused approach with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
- Results-driven mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets preferred.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Proficient in using CRM software and other sales-related tools.
- Good time management and organizational skills.
- Resilience and the ability to handle rejection and overcome objections.
- Bachelor's degree preferred
