Position: Customer Service Associate

Location: West Hollywood, CA

Position Overview:

The Customer Service Sales Associate will work on the showroom sales team to provide support to the customers and provide one on one customer support by directly interacting face to face with customers in a showroom store setting environment. This position will also be responsible for responding to emails and conducting zoom video appointments with customers to identify their wants and needs for customizing luxury items to fit their expectations, and providing general information about our products and services. The Customer Experience Associate will also assist in scheduling ppointments with new customers and assist in the fulfillment of orders. The CSA will also work with our internal teams to provide general information about our products and services.

Requirements:
2+ years of customer service experience required.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to pass a criminal background check required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task, follow-through, and be organized-with a high degree of accuracy.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks effectively.
• Excellent computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint.

Currently seeking to hire 4 new CSAs to the team working between the hours of 10am - 7pm working an 8 hour shift. Schedules vary and based upon need for particular showroom location. Example shifts are Thursday - Monday, Wednesday - Sunday, Tuesday - Saturday.

Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
