Role: Cabinet Sales & Account Manager

Location: Everett, WA (will consider Work from Home for qualified local candidates living in King or Snohomish Counties)

Encore offers a full suite of semi-custom cabinets, millwork and doors. This sales person and account manager will work directly with our in-house drafting and estimating departments to support some of our top local home builders on designing cabinet packages and managing their projects from concept to delivery.

The successful candidate will bring deep experience in working with builders to design inspiring full-home cabinet packages that meets their requirements and budgets. This role will primarily focus on a combination of our existing custom builders and contractors accounts as well as new accounts generated by the account manager.

This is an outside account management role supporting our existing builders. As such, much of the work will be done in the field, engaging with builders and their teams, measuring and designing projects, monitoring project schedules, and ensuring high quality results. An experienced candidate who prefers to work from their home office will be considered.

Additional skills / experience:

-Deep experience in designing full-home custom cabinet packages

-Experience selling to and servicing local builders

-Experience with cabinet design software (such as Cabinet Vision, 20/20 Design)

-Strong attention to detail and accuracy

-On site construction project experience (e.g. measuring as-built projects)

-High-energy, motivated, and positive attitude

-Obsessive customer-centric approach

-Strong project management skills

-Collaborative, teamwork approach

-Strong verbal and written communication skills

-Past experience in the construction industry is a plus

-Experience using Cabinet Vision software is a plus

-Bachelor's Degree preferred

- NKBA certification is desirable (AKBD, CKD, CKBD, CMKBD)

- Washington State Driver’s License and insurance required

- Candidates must be authorized to work in the US

Total compensation depending on experience and performance, but likely range is $75,000-$125,000.
