Great opportunity to achieve high Commission Pay!!!

Our Bilingual Call Center Representative makes and receives calls; answers chats from customers with the intent of booking reservations to All Inclusive Luxury hotels and brands. Receives requests, provide general information about properties, and closes reservations to our Resorts properties and brands. Our Bilingual Call Center Representative identifies prospects and generates reservations and sales activities in a computer-based system. May respond to customer inquiries by following standard scripts and procedures. Closing Sales is the focus of this position.

**Please Note this Position is ON Site in Doral, FL (Miami-Dade County), and You must be able to Commute to Work as Scheduled**

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Services members’ requests, provides General Resort information
• Closer in Sales with Reservations
• Educates members on Resorts properties and brands
• Receives Inbound calls, and only when necessary, makes Outbound calls to complete pending reservations
• Collects necessary information from members to be able to provide general information and complete reservations

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bilingual skills (Fluent in Spanish and English)
• Excellent Interpersonal and Customer service skills
• Proficient Computer skills with the ability to learn new software
• Sales and Negotiation skills with the ability to meet or surpass sales goals
• Strong Analytical and Problem-solving skills with the ability to proactively recommend additional products and services
• Commitment to Excellence and High Standards with acute attention to detail
• Excellent Verbal and Written Communication skills (including active listening)
• Ability to Work as a team member as well as independently
• Ability to Effectively and Pleasantly Communicate with people at all levels and from various backgrounds

Pay:

• For the First 3 Months, About $1680.00 Bi-Weekly before Taxes for Every 80 Hours (That Including an $800 Supplemental pay per Paycheck); after that is Florida's Minimum Wage (Currently $11/hour) plus High Commissions Payout.
