Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced, enthusiastic, and technically-minded Sales professional to join our Team. Precision Tube Bending, a leading aerospace tube and duct fabricator in Santa Fe Springs, CA is searching for the right candidate to lead our company’s Sales and Marketing activities.

In this role, you will successfully manage existing customer accounts and establish new opportunities to achieve personal and corporate annual sales objectives. Additionally this position will develop and implement strategies to support revenue objectives for the sales and marketing process.

The ideal candidate should have a manufacturing background with aerospace sales experience. Plus one should also demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills, contract management, and exhibit a professional appearance. This is an in-office role.

Skills and Qualifications:

· Ability to establish goals and objectives to achieve sales targets.

· Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence

· Identify opportunities to reach new market segments and expand market share

· Develop and implement a marketing strategy.

· Establishes, develops and maintains business relationships with current customers and prospective customers to generate new business for the organization’s products/services.

· Set, monitor, and report on team goals

· Provides leadership, support, and collaborative focus to the sales effort.

· Commitment to ensure customer satisfaction.

· Travels for Sales related activities.

· Self-motivated professional attitude.

· Strong presentation, analytical and customer service skills complimented by a solutions-oriented track record.

· Manage customer communication methods – customer portals

· Protect proprietary data of the company

· Proficient on ERP/MRP Software and Microsoft Office Suite specifically Excel.

· Continuous improvement driven.

· Professional appearance and demeanor.

Education/Experience:

• 5+ years Sales Management/Director experience
• Bachelor's Degree or higher
• Aviation/Govt/Military markets experience desired
• Previous experience or certification in US Export controls

Pay: $75,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
