NHR, a leading roofing contractor, is seeking a Sales Representative to join our team. As a Sales Representative, your primary role will be to make homeowners' lives easier by guiding them through the roofing replacement process and ensuring they have a seamless experience. We believe in providing exceptional service without resorting to high-pressure sales tactics. Instead, we empower our Sales Representatives to ask for the business and persistently convey why NHR is the best choice for their project.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Educate and inform clients to help them make informed decisions when choosing a contractor

- Reach monthly sales goals

- Generate leads to supplement company-supplied leads

- Stay updated on leads through your dashboard

- Be proficient in company's roofing products, warranties, services, and installation process

- Goal-oriented with excellent communication skills

**Requirements:**

- Three years of related work experience

- Ability to effectively use sales techniques and in-house applications

- Strong reading, writing, and problem-solving skills

- Valid driver's license
