KEMET, a YAGEO company, is currently seeking a Global Account Manager in Milpitas, CA maximizing US Global OEM customer market share and revenue by promoting product, price negotiation and providing development, and management.

Essential Functions
- Accountable for strategic business creation and execution
- Develops account relationships at all organizational levels
- Communicates, implements and executes customers' global strategic plans which includes working with Asia EMS Team to meet the customer’s expectations
- Develops and implements business plans to ensure achievement of strategic objectives by maximizing sales revenue, and profitability
- Acts as lead negotiator during global negotiations, and facilitates global pricing coordination with product management
- Manages the design-win process through the Salesforce pipeline
- Develops potential global accounts
- Frequent domestic and international travel
Competencies:

- BA/BS degree in Electrical Engineering, Business Administration or related field is desired
- Minimum of five years related experience in a technical sales capacity
- Must have knowledge of sales management practices and techniques
