Full description of the position

We are in need of a Real Estate Inside Sales Agent to join our growing team. You’ll be responsible for prospecting new leads, making cold calls, building relationships with potential clients, and improving our lead conversion rate.   • Produce sales reports on a monthly and quarterly basis to make sure all sales goals are met
  • Gather information from prospective clients and qualify them prior to moving them forward in the sales pipeline so agents can provide an efficient sales process
  • Expand our client base by identifying business opportunities in target regions
  • Follow up with prospects via email, phone calls, and other forms of communication to add them to the sales pipeline and generate qualified real estate leads

    • Qualifications:

    • Over 1 year of experience generating real estate leads
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
    • You are experienced working with affluent clientele
    • You have high standards for your work. Details matter to you. Results matter to you. Excellence matters to you.
    • You are highly resilient and have an unstoppable mindset
    • You are knowledgeable about the real estate market in the San Gabriel Valley, particularly Pasadena, South Pas, San Marino, and LCF
    • You are coachable and always looking to sharpen your skills

    Compensation

    $70K Base + 5% of closed sales

    Minimum expected annual starting compensation = $100K - $120K
