Famsa Furniture is seeking Full Time professional and hard-working Sales Representatives to join our growing team.

As a Sales Representative, you will primarily be responsible for providing the best solutions to people coming into the store.

Retail Salesperson Skills and Qualifications:

- Consult with and assist customers with furniture selection.

- Build lasting relationships with your customers through follow up.

- Consistently seek new product knowledge so that you are an expert resource for your customer.

-Achieve personal sales goals as given to you.

- General math skills, excellent verbal communication.

-Must consent to a background, drug test and physical exam.

-Must have minimum 2 years of sales experience or comparable customer service experience.

Bilingual (Spanish and English) Required -Must have High school Diploma or equivalent.-Must be computer literate.

Other Requirements Include: - The ability to work a full time schedule, flexibility to work weekends.- The ability to work in a fast-paced and challenging environment- The ability to work on a commission-based income structure.
