Full description of the position

Responsibilities:

• Manage a portfolio of residential and mixed-used properties across Los Angeles, ensuring their efficient operation and maintenance
• Coordinate with contractors and vendors for repairs, renovations, and other property-related projects
• Data input and expert experience with Yardi
• Manage rent collections
• Manage new leases across residential and commercial
• Oversee submittals of LA approved notices to tenants (3 day, Notice to Cure, etc.)
• Manage on-site property managers
• Create monthly management, P&L, and rent collections statements
• Provide excellent customer service to tenants, addressing their concerns and resolving any issues in a timely manner

Qualifications:

• 5+ years prop management experience in Los Angeles or surrounding areas
• 8+ years in property management experience
• Managed properties over 100+ units
• Expert at Yardi software
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
• Up to date on all Los Angeles approved and required tenant forms
• Have a car and communicate to West Hollywood area daily
• Strong communication skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
