We are currently seeking a highly talented and motivated Sales Development Representative to join our team and make a significant impact on our company's growth. As an integral part of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving top-of-the-funnel lead generation, nurturing relationships with prospective businesses, and being an ambassador for the Traba brand. This is a unique opportunity to join us at the ground floor and contribute to shaping the future of our industry.

What You’ll Do:

  • Drive top-of-the-funnel lead generation by actively prospecting and engaging with potential businesses.
  • Collaborate with the team members to achieve sales targets and objectives.
  • Represent Traba's brand externally, demonstrating excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Utilize sales tools and CRM software to manage accounts through the sales cycle.
  • Deliver an effective value proposition, providing exceptional service and building rapport with clients

We’re Looking For:

  • 1+ years of experience in sales development or business development.
  • Ability to drive lead generation and close partnerships.
  • Collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Possess a “do whatever it takes” mindset, a mentality of ownership, and a strong desire to be an early part of one of the fastest-growing tech companies
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.
  • Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and the ability to persevere in a fast-paced environment.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and a proactive, results-oriented approach.
  • Excellent relationship-building skills, representing Traba's brand externally.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
