Brokers International Association Management, a leading association management firm, is seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to join our team as a Community Association Management Manager/Recruiter. This is an exciting opportunity to lead and grow our community association management division while enjoying the potential for a competitive base salary and bonuses based on acquiring new customers.

Responsibilities:

Leadership: Oversee the operations and strategic direction of our community association management division, providing leadership and guidance to a team of professionals.

Client Acquisition: Develop and execute strategies to attract new community associations as clients, leveraging your existing network and building new relationships within the industry.

Relationship Management: Foster strong and positive relationships with existing clients, ensuring their needs are met and their expectations exceeded.

Financial Performance: Drive revenue growth through effective sales and business development efforts, meeting or exceeding established targets.

Team Development: Recruit, train, and mentor a team of community association management professionals, fostering their growth and success.

Compliance and Governance: Ensure compliance with industry regulations, association bylaws, and best practices in community association management.

Requirements:

Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in community association management, with a proven track record of success in a leadership role.

Strong Sales Skills: Demonstrated ability to acquire new customers and achieve sales targets.

Relationship Building: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, board members, and industry professionals.

Industry Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of community association management principles, practices, and industry trends.

Leadership Abilities: Proven ability to lead and motivate a team, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.

Results-Driven: Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a strong focus on achieving and exceeding targets.

Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
