Job Description:
Boss Homes is in the factory manufactured housing business building and selling ADUs and Tiny Houses to both consumers and contractors. We are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Project Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in achieving our sales goals and meeting our customer's needs. The Sales Project Manager will work directly with clients to ensure deliverables fall within the applicable scope and budget. This role involves a balance of sales, customer service, and project management.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify new sales opportunities and nurture customer relationships.
- Develop B2B contractor relationships.
- Understand customer needs and propose solutions that meet their objectives, coordinating closely with the design, engineering, and manufacturing teams.
- Prepare detailed project plans, including resources, timeframes, and budgets for projects.
- Minimize project risks and maintain detailed project documentation.
- Work with internal teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Ensure that all projects are delivered to a high standard of quality.
- Maintain regular communication with clients, providing updates on project progress and handling any issues or changes in the project scope.
- Conduct Site visits as needed to ensure products are being installed correctly
- Coordinate with the team to ensure manufacturing is in sync with project deliveries.
Qualifications:
- Proven work experience as a Sales Project Manager, Project Manager or similar role in a contracting company.
- Proven sales track record.
- Familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills, including multitasking and time-management.
- Strong client-facing and teamwork skills.
- Bachelor's degree in business, sales, project management, or related field.
- Experience with contracting company or in contracting industry required
- Experience in the tiny homes and ADUs sector is a plus.
- PMP / PRINCE II certification is a plus.
The successful candidate should be a skilled communicator who can ensure that everyone involved in a project, from sales team members to clients, understands the strategy, tasks involved, and project goals. This role reports directly to the Director of Sales.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
