Position Summary:

The Sales Professional position is responsible for representing all Mack products (Class 8,7,and 6) all products and services offered through Kriete Truck Centers with respect to the Heavy and Medium-duty market in an assigned territory. The primary responsibility for this sales position is delivering a pre-determined market share of new Mack trucks.

The Sales Professional position requires personal ownership, awareness and quote activity at or exceeding company expectations. Additionally, the position requires fairness, honesty and integrity representing a 123 year old Mack Brand and 72 year old dealer organization. Training will be provided by both the Kriete Truck Centers and OEM (Mack Trucks). Further training includes the Truck Market Institute (TMI).

Essential Job Functions:

• Capability to sell medium-duty and heavy-duty Mack Trucks
• Capability to refer and sell full-service leases
• Capability to refer and sell used trucks

Knowledge and Skills:

• Approach to work that is positive, solution-oriented, optimistic, and enthusiastic
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects effectively and work with a wide variety of clients and other stakeholders
• Ability to work independently, perform under pressure, prioritize workload, and meet deadlines
• Ability to build professional relationships and partnerships

Education and Work Experience:

• Minimum of five years proven successful sales experience
• Minimum 5 years customer service experience
• Salesman’s license and CDL training are mandatory (training provided)
