Are you a reliable, detail-oriented, and fast-paced individual who excels at delivering results and has at least 3 years of cannabis sales experience in the Washington state market? Then we may have the job for you! We are a cannabis producer/processor looking to hire an experienced and well-connected retail sales Account Manager. This is not an entry level position, and we are not looking to train somebody. Retail cannabis experiences such as budtending alone are not qualifications for this position.
We offer exceptionally competitive pay and benefits, and we are looking for somebody who already has well-established relationships with Washington retail cannabis stores and can provide immediate value.

Job Location: Greater Seattle Area
Pay: Up to $125,000 per year
Responsibilities
· Develop new business by analyzing account potential; initiating, developing, and closing sales; recommending new applications and sales strategies.
· Identify potential in accounts by studying current business; interviewing key customer personnel and company personnel who have worked with customer; identifying and evaluating additional needs; analyzing opportunities.
· Initiate sales process by building relationships; qualifying potential; scheduling appointments.
· Develop sales by making initial presentation; explaining product and service enhancements and additions; introducing new products and services.
· Close sales.
· Contribute information to sales strategies by evaluating current product results; identifying needs to be filled; monitoring competitive products; analyzing and relaying customer reactions.
· Management of sales and vendor relations for your accounts.
· Comply with all laws and regulations of the State, municipalities, and WSLCB, as well as company policies and procedures.
· Professionally represent the company and serve as main liaison for assigned retail stores.
· Provide updates and reports on all activities, whether good or bad, that affect the company and your customers.
· Maintain sales volume, product mix, and selling price by keeping up-to-date with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators, and competitors.
· Expand sales of all brands.
· Option to generate additional commissions through CBD sales.
· Work vendor days for your accounts.
· Meet sales goals both short- and long-term.
·Other duties as assigned.
Skills and Qualifications
· Minimum 3 years of experience in Washington State I-502 processor sales.
· Ability to travel one to two days a week.
· Must have reliable transportation.
· Basic math skills.
· Microsoft Office Suite experience, including Excel (preferred).
· High school diploma/GED or equivalent (preferred).
· Must have established client base.
