Job Description


As an EV Reach Pre-Sales Engineer, you will be working with the Sales Team and directly communicating with EV Reach prospects & customers to answer questions about and deliver a proof of concept. Since EV Reach end-users are often experienced Windows system administrators, your understanding of IT Infrastructures is essential.

  • Performing online demonstrations of EV Reach for potential customers.
  • Providing proof of concept and on-boarding technical assistance.
  • Instructing Customers on the various features of EV Reach.
  • Understanding the sales cycle from initial demo to close.
  • Maintain knowledge of the product functions and assist to close sales where technical expertise may be required.
  • Collaborating with sales team to understand customer requirements and provide sales support

Qualifications
  • BS or equivalent experience in computer science or a related field
  • Sales knowledge a plus but not required
  • Technical and problem solving skills

Knowledge of Enterprise level Windows infrastructure and technologies

  • Active Directory
  • DNS
  • DHCP
  • Windows Networking
  • Security

Fundamental understanding of the following concepts:

  • Virtualization
  • Networking Concepts (IP/TCP/Subnets/Routing)
  • System Center Configuration Manager

Fluency in Spanish a plus.
