Responsibilities as an Business Development Manager?
- Sales Development Representative will call and retain new clients to which The Johnson Group can provide recruiting and talent acquisition services.
- Warm calling to leads to generate new client business and development of new opportunities
- Management of the sales pipeline of potential client calling and scheduling meetings for Client Relationship Managers
- Build long-term sales pipelines and partnerships with companies

Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred. Degree may be substitute by recruiting industry sales experience (1+ years).
- 1-3 years of sales experience B2B
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Demonstrated track record of success
- Self-motivated and determined to succeed
- Proficient with computers and programs such as Microsoft Office, PowerPoint and Excel
- Dedicated to reaching goals and a strong work ethic
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
