National staffing agency is looking for candidates to join our Team and help grow our business. We are looking for a talented and dynamic individual with outstanding communication skills and a confident, can-do attitude. Hours will be Monday - Friday 8:30 - 5; casual/business casual office environment.

Responsibilities:

• Meet a daily call quota.
• Generating sales-ready appointments from outbound calling.
• Ensuring each appointment is well qualified and an opportunity for the sales team.
• Delivering a consistent number of appointments per week.
• Motivated self starter.

Qualifications:

• 1+ year experience in B2B lead generation, appointment setting, or sales preferred
• Outstanding communication skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour

Experience level:

• 1 year

Shift:

• 8 hour shift

Supplemental pay types:

• Bonus pay
