General Manager and Audio Visual Sales Engineer available in Bend Oregon. Commercial Audio Visual is what we do.

Must know commercial audiovisual systems! String understanding of networking and have a CTS or will complete on your own time during employment is acceptable.

You must present solutions with your strong communication and relationship-building skills. This is really key here. Writing, Language, follow-up, team work and working alone are all very important.

"The Sales Engineer Position is a client-facing and project management position, selling commercial Audiovisual and all that is related, Acoustical treatment, Audio, Video, Lighting, Networks, power management, etc. including all equipment, installation labor and design services. This person sees the client first, coordinates the project personnel and generates quotes and will see it through to completion at the commissioning and beyond.

We have a multi-step internal process you must follow and be willing to work with an engineer to build and approve all systems we sell and install.

You will have all the flexibility, with a few more focused responsibilities. Including your most important role as general Manager. You will be responsible for improving efficiency and increasing departmental profits while managing the company's overall operations. Oversee several elements in a business, including hiring staff, operating budgets, and being intentional to get out of the office to stir up new business and nurture existing clients that could attract more customers and overall business.

This job will have some travel.

● Commercial Av salesman, Project Manage & commissioning (You will lead, others will do the

install work.

● Commercial Av Design (You will lead this, others will do the drawings, you create scope and wire pull)

● Acoustical Sales and installation (You will lead this with others help, others to install)

● Audiovisual Rental services (other will assist but you take the lead and delegate as needed)

● Local and Federal Government bidding (Other will lead, you will oversee and help with supply chain & pricing)

● Customer Service (you will lead and oversee), problem solving, disputes and job review process (Ask for reviews)
