Responsibilities:

• Respond to and manage incoming internet sales leads promptly and professionally
• Engage with potential customers through various channels (email, phone, chat) to understand their needs and guide them through the sales process
• Provide accurate and compelling information about our pre-owned vehicles, including features, options, and pricing
• Collaborate with the sales team to schedule appointments and ensure a seamless transition from online to in-person interactions
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional service and addressing any concerns or inquiries
• Utilize CRM systems and other software tools effectively to manage customer interactions and maintain accurate records

Requirements:

• Valid driver's license
• Vehicle salesperson license
• Previous experience in automotive sales or related field is preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in using CRM systems and basic computer applications
• High level of professionalism and self-motivation
