Sales Representative
Seeking candidates who have the desire to sell dreams and live one too!
There is no cold-calling or out of pocket expense required by you. Leads are prequalified and provided by the company.
Essential Job Responsibilities
- Serve as a positive and professional brand ambassador for Wyndham Destinations
- Greet, present, and incentivize prospective customers
- Screen and qualify potential customers based on company guidelines
- Support sales through establishing rapport, listening and sharing the benefit of our product
- Attend all scheduled training sessions, department meetings, keep current on position information and materials, keep current on industry trends, and set and review performance goals weekly, monthly and annually
- Articulate the benefits of vacationing with Wyndham Destinations. Link product benefits to the customer’s vacation goals
- Demonstrate and maintain a positive and professional attitude in a high-energy environment
Travel Requirements
No travel required outside of the home site’s area
Minimum Requirements and Qualifications
Sales and/or marketing experience is preferred, not required (paid training!)

Compensation
· During the initial training period, the hourly wage is $18.69 plus commissions and bonuses. After the initial training period, the compensation is $18.69 per hour, plus commissions and bonuses.
· **The target annual compensation for this role is $85,000 comprised of $18.69 hourly plus per transaction payouts and opportunity for a monthly transaction bonus. Top performers may earn up to $200,000+ for exceeding minimum production requirements. The actual compensation of the candidate(s) selected for this role may be effected by a variety of factors, including but not limited to performance, experience, education, skills, prior training, and work location.

Pay: $80,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year
