*Compensation:

*1st year OTE : $150,000 to $250,000 or more

Year 2 (and after) OTE : $160,000 - $300,000+ annually (performance based)

Industry Leading Western US Sales Organization has an immediate opening for a proven Sales Manager. We are seeking an energetic, motivational and accomplished Sales Professional who has proven experience developing, leading and managing sales team, as well as driving sales revenue growth. You will be responsible for overseeing and developing a sales team to drive company revenue. Our Sales Mgr.’s teach and train by doing; they are productive and lead by example both in the office as well as in the field!

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and manage all sales team activities
• Establish quotas, and goals for the sales team
• Recruit and train new sales representatives
• Report on team and individual performance
• Set expectations, Motivate and hold all team members accountable to established company standards
• Build new partnerships with potential clients

Qualifications:

• Minimum two years experience in sales, direct “B to C” sales experience is a plus!
• Minimum 1 year verifiable experience directing a sales team of 5+ or more sales reps
• Must exhibit strong motivational and leadership qualities
• Demonstrated ability to build rapport, morale and spirit among all sales and support staff
• History of success and achievement in previous position(s)
