Teruko Weinberg, Inc., job recruitment agency, is looking to fill the following direct hire Sales account executive position for its client in Torrance, CA:

Japanese Bilingual - Sales Account Executive - 10984
Direct Hire - Fulltime
Hybrid schedule (First 6 months - 4 days in-person // After that 3 days in-person)
Local travel and some rare business trips

Duties for Japanese Bilingual - Sales Account Executive:

• Prospect and solicit new business and drive customer acquisitions
• Qualify and identify business opportunities to sell product and service based IT solutions.
• Cultivate long term relationship and trust with decision makers.
• Day to day client needs and daily reporting to sales team
• Stay up to date with new technology initiatives and solutions.
• Work closely with project management and operations in pre and post sales activities.
• Sales forecasting and reporting
• Provide day to day customer service to client inquiries.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements for Japanese Bilingual - Sales Account Executive:

• Bachelor's degree and above preferably in IT related or Business administration
• Prior experience in maintaining successful and ongoing business partner relationships with customer base.
• Technical aptitude and knowledge or ability / motivation to learn technical information / data about products.
• Japanese language skills - Read, Write, Speak, Listen
• English language skills - Read, Write, Speak, Listen
• Be able to do local travel by car.
• There will be some domestic travel involved on the rare occasion.
