Full description of the position

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Sales Representative to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying potential customers, developing relationships with them, and closing sales. The Sales Representative will also be responsible for researching market trends, analyzing customer needs, and creating strategies to increase sales.

The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years proven track record of success in sales including 1-2 years experience in transportation and/or construction equipment sales.

Qualifications

• Develop and maintain relationships with customers.

• Develop sales strategies to increase sales volume.
• Analyze market trends and customer data to identify potential sales opportunities.
• Proven work experience as a sales representative
• Familiarity with CRM tools along with ability to build productive business professional relationships
• Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
• Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills
• Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
• Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs
• Relationship management skills and openness to feedback

Responsibilities

• General Sales Management of East Coast territory
• Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers
• Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
• Reach out to customer leads through cold calling
• Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
• Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
• Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
• Analyze the territory/market’s potential, track sales and status reports
• Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
• Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends
• Continuously improve through feedback

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $54,374.12 - $65,482.81 per year
