Job Description: Sales Coordinator

Summary:

Campany Roof Maintenance is looking for an experienced and well-organized Sales Coordinator to provide the necessary support to the field sales team. The successful candidate will become the point of reference for colleagues and customers alike, by keeping schedules and providing feedback, documentation and information.

The goal is to facilitate the team’s activities so as to maximize their performance and the solid and long-lasting development of the company.

Responsibilities:

· Coordinate sales team by overseeing schedules, filing important documents and communicating relevant information

· Respond to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested

· Store and sort financial and non-financial data in electronic form and present reports

· Assist with the processing of orders with accuracy and timeliness

· Inform clients of unforeseen delays or problems

· Monitor the team’s progress, identify shortcomings and propose improvements

· Assist in the preparation and organizing of promotional material or events

· Assist in the pre-qualification of leads and prospects

· Assist with the process of estimating

· Assist with permit and inspection process.

Requirements:

· Proven experience in sales; experience as a sales coordinator or in other administrative positions will be considered a plus;

· Construction permit experience.

· Good computer skills (MS Office etc.)

· Well-organized and responsible with an aptitude in problem-solving

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills

· A team player with high level of dedication

· Knowledge of CRM’s a plus

· BS/BA degree a plus

· Prior roofing experience/roofing sales a plus

Duties:

· Entering new bids into CRM tool and tracking program and setting up job folder.

· Project submitals.

· Order roof measurment reports.

· Labor tracking sheet creation.

· Updating project tracking sheet.

· Updating production schedule/sheet for team.

· Monitoring and maintaining the estimator bid log.

· Sales Tracking.

· Front Desk Coverage/Reception if needed.

· End of year folder purge project.

· Other various office administrative related duties.

Reports to:

President of Roofing Division

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
